The fleet console

Know before they call.

One screen, every install, worst-first. The console leads with what needs attention and the reason why — not a wall of green tiles you have to squint at.

Illustrative data — every number in the real console is measured, or shown as “n/a” with a reason.

What it watches

From “is the hub up” to “did that shade really close”.

Exceptions-first triage

Sites sort worst-first with attention chips and plain-English reasons — offline hubs, stale heartbeats, unacknowledged wind events. A healthy fleet is a quiet screen.

Site health & telemetry

Hub status and firmware, 7-day uptime, last activity, per-shade device tree with sensor flags and latest positions — the drill-down for the truck-roll decision.

Command verification

Every command carries an outcome: verified, mismatch, superseded, or pending. Commanded vs. measured position, so “it says closed” and “it is closed” stop being different things.

Alerts that find you

Console, email, and web push — you choose per severity. The goal is a call you make with an answer, not a call you take with an apology.

Honest-data discipline throughout: when the platform doesn't know, it shows “n/a” with a reason. Never a made-up number, never a stale reading dressed up as fresh.

Run ten installs or two hundred.

The console is the operational backbone for a protection package you can sell on every quote: you're not just handing over an app, you're watching the fleet it belongs to.
